Do we offer refunds?
We understand things happen. we can offer a refund up to 72 hours before your event. -things that can affect this; UNFORESEEN weather, a cancellation on t.t.e.'s behalf.
What is your policy for damaged products?
If any damages occur to any item, full price for each damaged item isdue upon return of rental. As stated in the signed damage agreement.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, PayPal invoice, Cash App
How many chairs can fit at each table (rectangular)?
4ft - 2-4
6ft - 4-8
8ft - 6-8
How many tables can fit under a tent?
10x10 2-3 (3 if "u" shaped)
10x20 3-4

How much are the delivery fees?:
Delivery fees are based off a round trip to your event location and back to our warehouse. - things that can affect this price; the rise of gas, and or the size of your rental order.
Set up fees:
Set up fees are automatically added to any gazebo canopy tent rental as they are to be built from the ground up by 2 or more staff members.
Deposits:
Deposits varies based on the size of the order. all orders with tents are automatically 50% of the total. due within 48 hours of booking to secure your rental.
Cancellations:
We require 72 hours notice for cancellations, after 72 hours only half of the deposit can be refunded. Unless it is a cancellation on our behalf. date changes are acceptable if the requested date is available.
